Around 9 am, an armoured car of Escola Prática de Cavalaria de Santarém takes position at Comércio Square, between the Colunas Quay and Ribeira das Naus Avenue. In the background, a boat "Cacilheiro" and the frigate Almirante Gago Coutinho, that should have already been gone, to participate in NATO's exercise "Dawn Patrol".
